This product does not turn on automatically when you flip the switch. To turn it on, gently tap the body once. To turn it off, tap it again. This is part of the design and not a defect.
This product is sold individually. The model received is random. If you buy multiple units, you might receive duplicate models.
The secret model is included in only some random boxes. Even buying a full box doesn't guarantee it.

If the product arrives with defects (such as damage or peeling paint), please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our contact page. We can only replace the damaged figure or parts. Character cards are not covered.
