About packaging and returns
• This is an imported product, so the box may arrive with minor damage . We cannot offer replacements for damaged packaging.
• We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons. If a customer unilaterally cancels or refuses delivery, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases from our store.
Factory Default Exchange Policy
If your product has defects such as peeling paint or broken parts, please contact us through the "Contact" page within 7 days of delivery . We will evaluate the case and provide you with a solution.
• Only product parts can be replaced, character cards are not covered by the warranty .
• If we cannot verify your purchase history, we will not be able to offer an exchange or replacement .
